- Promote and pitch talent to casting directors, producers & brands
- Build strong relationships with casting directors & industry professionals
- Market talent for film, TV, commercials, fashion shows & more
- Develop strategic marketing campaigns to increase visibility and bookings
- Represent talent with professionalism, integrity and passion
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience in talent management, casting or entertainment marketing
- Strong network within film, TV, commercial & fashion industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized & result-driven
- Passion for talent and the entertainment industry
